Leaping Lotus is located in the “Heartof the Cedros Design District” in Solana Beach, at 240 South Cedros Avenue.  Our shopping environment offers over 120 unique merchants in a 21,000 square foot store.

Products cover a wide range from home décor and furnishings, gift items, clothing to jewelry and more.

Spaces vary from approximately 15 to 2000 square feet.  Merchants are to provide all inventory and display fixtures.  Each Merchant receives their own individual merchant number at contract signing.

Merchants are responsible for the base rent and a commission.  Spaces range from $200-$3000 per month.  Agreements are initially 180 days.  A 90 day notice to vacate can be given at any time after the first 90 days.  Checks are paid to each merchant on a monthly basis.
