Leaping Lotus is located in the Cedros Design District of Solana Beach at 240 South Cedros Avenue and consists of over 100 unique and artistic merchants spread throughout our 20,000 square foot store. We offer products from just about every continent in the World with very minimal overlap.

Products cover the very wide range of personal needs from home accessories and furnishings to personal boutiques, adornments and gifts.

Spaces vary from approximately 15 to 2000 square feet. Merchants are to provide all inventory and display fixtures. Each Merchant receives their own individual number.

Merchants are responsible for the base rent and a commission. Spaces range from $200-$3000 per month. Agreements are initially 180 days. A 90 day notice to vacate can be given at any time. Sales reports are reported on a weekly basis. You can also sign up for our online sales reporting, where you can view sales daily. Checks are paid to each merchant on a monthly basis.
